Negatives: the room being made and not having to move to another room. then this room toilet wasn’t working properly and the ac unit kept blowing, so my guess it was broken too. this was my girlfriend birthday. what an experience! unbelievable

Negatives: I booked this room because in the description it stated that it had a fireplace in the room and that was the sole reason I even booked that hotel because I could have a fireplace in my room. When I checked into the hotel I asked if the room they were giving me had the fireplace in it and they said no the type of room I booked doesn't have a fireplace . I told them it was specifically picked by me because it stated on booking .com that the room I reserved had a fireplace. They reiterated that only the two bedroom suites had fireplaces and my one bedroom has never had a fireplace . So I asked if I could get a fireplace room and they Said none were available. I feel I was mislead by your description of my room choice and I'm very disatisfied with this booking . I feel I need to be compensated for the false advertising on your booking site. It caused me major stress and I felt lied to by booking .com. I've been a loyal customer for a few years and I think this mistake on your part has soured my relationship with booking.com. I promised my guest that we would have a fireplace in our room and having to let them down was very unacceptable to me. Please make the changes to your description so nobody else is ever let down when they arrive.to find out they don't have what your description Said they had in the room. I would like a credit or a refund for the booking and an apology.

Negatives: The room has window AC units, so there's gaps in the windows that let air in. It was cold in the rooms because of this, so we had to have the heater going constantly. One of the toilet stoppers wasn't working properly, so the toilet ran a lot. It was trying to refill but the stopper wouldn't stick, so the water kept draining out. Also, the pool area flooded often and pretty badly. Breakfast was ok, the potatoes.. cubed and tater tots.. weren't cooked all the way. You also have to pay for parking when there's no reason. This hotel is in the corner, there's only 1 way in and out, no security.. so what are we paying parking nightly for? I'm not able to add more pictures of all the flooding in the pool area.

Negatives: Everything the staff was extremely rude brown fruit etc I will never stay at this location I’d stay at a motel 6 before here Oh heads yo your charged 12$ a day for parking go ur car in their parking lot

Negatives: Upon going to our room on the third floor, there was a strong smell of smoke in the hallway. We were given another room on the first floor, but it had not been totally put together (sofa bed open and cushions not in place. Also it is the first hotel/motel/inn that I have ever had to pay for parking (ridiculous)!!!

Negatives: Everything was great.

Negatives: At checking in she asked if it was ok for shower only I told her no because when I come out to relax and love to soak my bubble baths are the best part of being on any type of vacation. She said ok and said she changed it and when I got up to the room it was short only. If it wasn’t available than say so. Not just say you gave us a room with a tub and don’t. I was exhausted and wasn’t in the mood to go back down or hassle about it. The amenities is great was a little disappointed not having at least one complementary water.
