Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Honestly I do not know where to start, the Staffs are wonderful, kind and really understandable to talk with. They will make you feel entirely comfortable. Definitely will say the BEST Extended Stay America in Sacramento!!

The only thing I could say I do not like is that, this place is not an actual home :( the comfort it brings, you wish you could stay forever , but at least we have it when we do need a Home like Place!

Dirtiest floor I have ever seen. cockroaches. hole in the door. no cup for a drink or washing out my mouth. No way to slip a note or the keys in the office when I left. A mail slot in the wall would work. I will never stay there or recommend that hotel.

Hotel was sketchy. The additional door lock was broken. Room was not swept well. The faucet was leaking.

Room not as pictured/advertised. There was no coffepot or coffee.No kitchen utensils or cookware. No soap,shampoo, or any toilet paper. 1 set of towels, & no extra blankets,pillows & no clothes hangers. I was told they ran out of TP & had togo buy my own.

The only thing that I did liked was the stove in the room.

The room was not cleaned good enough they had hair from others that was there before me and they had old die roaches inside the dresser drawer and under the cabinet as well. It just wasnt I inspected. Bad business! I will never prefer nobody to go there.

I was very upset due to the fact that my room had trash on the table with a cup of ranch like someone just had lunch and left. there where no towels and the bed was made but not tight. I will never go there agian,

Wasn't able to use stove to cook for my family because they had no available dishes, pots/pans etc. Only 1 burner worked if I was able to use it. Never had clean sheets or towels Workers are rude. Do not have priorities in line. Need better management.
