Cleaner rooms, better communication from staff, the room had a fowl smell, a big reddish brown stain on the floor that looked like old blood. The receptionist offered everybody a glass a wine before and after me and didnt offer me anything. The hotels lobby is nice but other then that I would not recommend

The service at every restaurant in a 24 hour period was so so slow. Its the pool bar, and rival has Horrible service. The servers worked hard but the strategy from management was not efficient. It took 50 minutes to get a bottle of wine at revival.

The room was good, but I really liked the bathroom.
Negatives:
The tv did not work and no one informed us about the pool. We had just had our wedding and it would have been a great way to relax.; missed opportunity. I swim almost every day at home. Parking was way too costly; $40.00 for one night! Ridiculous, it doesnt even cost this in the city. At hotels its usually free . It would have been nice for the hotel to recognize our honeymoon night in some way.
