Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives:
We wanted a hotel that was centrally located and a decent value.
Negatives:
Traffic noise was pretty insane since it's very close to the freeway. Room smelled slightly of fish; guessing that's what the previous customers cooked. Room was decently clean, but the grounds could use a serious clean up; cigarette butts everywhere.

The property was dirty. The walkway and sidewalks need to be pressured washed. The doors to the rooms were filthy and dented. Our specific room was average size. The bathroom vanity and shower stall had so much caulking and dust it looked like it was pieced together. The vanity door was hanging off the hinge, the toilet seat was loose, and the towels were small and thin. We will not be staying there again or will stay at an Extended Property again.

I had stayed in another Extended Stay hotel a week prior, and it was horrible, so I did not have high expectations. This one was terrific, though! The staff was very friendly and helped with additional items we needed to borrow, the location was quiet but still very convenient, and everything was very clean and updated.

The want to be breakfast was horrible. They had non-branded mini muffins that was horrible. No milk, water or juice. All they had was stale mini muffins and hot chocolate. They location was ok but the property was not to my liking.
Negatives:
The check-in lounge was not clean and it had a smell. I asked if they mopped the floors and the girl said they mopped them every morning. I told her that they needed to mop it throughout the day because it was dirty and it just smells in there. I usually dont stay at places like this , but it had good reviews and it looked really nice online. I will never stay here again.
