Positives: That i got out of these as soon as possible, sleeping in the car is better than this dump.
Negatives: Hideous place avoid avoid avoid. Made reservations over a month in advance for tournament weekend at a premium price , came late evening they declined our reservation stating we have none, than found it and admitted it got cancelled by their system for unexplained reason because of overbooking. There were other people were in the office in the same position. Sat there for 2 hours demanding our room we reserved with a small child they threatened to call the police if we did not leave. The men in the front said it was standard for them to overbook the reservations and that we must leave immediately, at that time it was 1 am, we were stunned never did I have such disgraceful treatment of people. When I tell you these people have no shame, and that this place is a dump, take my word for it, no compassion no customer service no heart and no soul. Shame on this place, will never stay at another Extended Stay ever in my life.

Positives: I liked the location, it worked out perfectly for the reason what i traveled for.. literally about 6 minutes away. The parking was amazing. Theres was always spaced open right in front of my room and its was included.
Negatives: i didnt get breakfast. There is no food around the hotel, in close proximity. The AC took a little while to get cold and my television didnt want to function properly on the second night. It eventually started working and i slept like a baby.
