Positives:
What I enjoyed most about this hotel was the location.
Negatives:
I did not feel like this was a four star hotel. The rooms were a bit rundown. There were dirt stains on the walls and the toilet paper holder in our bathroom was falling off of the wall. Paying for an outdoor nonsecure public parking lot was ridiculous.

They had shrimp and Lemon Drops in the lobby in the afternoon

There was an odor in the hotel. The rooms were out dated. The windows didn't seal properly so the noise from the highway was unbearable.The bathroom had a large chunk of metal missing from the corner. My sleep deprived husband ut his toe on it =(

The room was old outdated. The bed was horrible and very uncomfortable. They charge $20 for parking and the food in the hotel was not good at all.

Front desk personnel were outstanding. All were friendly and helpful-in particular, hotel employee made you feel like you were a VIP. Hotel has a number of nice features and is in a good location.

You have to $24 a night to park. My truck was broken into and they are Not responsible for stolen items. My truck Was locked. So I paid $58 (2 nights) to have my truck broken into. And I'm still waiting on my deposit.

Staff was nice from the front desk to housekeeping. The elevators were quick.
Negatives:
It is definitely more dated than I thought it would be. The rooms are dim and the bathrooms are tiny and could desperately use some renovating.

Location was great for what we were there for. Beds were super comfy. Parking price wasn't too bad.

They said they do daily housekeeping, but didn't. Had to ask for to have it done. $6.00 for a bottle of water was too much.
