The hotel water supply was turned off in the morning without any warning to the guests! The staff refused to bring us bottled water to brush our teeth. The front desk manager refused to return my calls. I know the Sheraton brand is a lower quality level

Hotel employee, purposefully sent me on a wild goose chase for my room. She told me the main elevators didn't go to floor 4 (they do) & told me to use elevators that were further away from the room and lobby. Heater sucks. Bring your own.

I originally checked in at the wrong location. My bad. But when I went to the older building, we had the wrong room and the gentleman at the front desk seemed irritated that I here had to work. I was polite and didnt cause a scene, but when you work in customer service/hospitality you should try and be nice, there are a lot of people out there that wouldve gone all Karen in him. Im not that person, but he didnt have to have an attitude when I was just trying to get the room I chose.
The bed was horribly uncomfortable.
Also, the tower we were in was really old, many things in the room didnt work. We didnt mind, we just wanted to have a nice getaway, but too many things wrong with a room that should be easy fixes.

Was okay for a 1 night stay, but I would never stay there again. Too many negatives.

The Staff! Patience do answering my extended questions about the week parking & the hotel in general. Thats what made the stressful stop over before catching an early morning flight for my family & I made it so smooth. The front desk staff. The valet. The shuttle was amazingly smooth & that helps so much !

The toiletries provided , bath gel, etc was empty. Sheets were really rough -uncomfortable cooling in room
