The Location is the most valuable part for the price you paid. The BART and Bus station are literally around the corner.
The convenience it best part of this Hotel ,with Trader Joe just next to the G floor door

The best location to stay...
Positives:
The room was very nice and the perfect set up to have because we brought our foreign exchange student and having a door between us gave us all privacy. The large shower was great as we are very tall.
Negatives:
We were EXTREMELY disappointed about the amenities - especially since there was an additional charge for them. Free wifi is not unique, coffee/tea service was not special and the TV choices were TERRIBLE! When I inquired at the front desk I was told it had to do with the vendor you contract with. We were not willing to pay $20 to rent a movie and feel we should have been “comped” one as the room rate is very high.

I loves that there was plenty of hot water for the whole family to shower. Also the location was great.

The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked. Also maybe more bed pillows.

Staff were friendly and the room was nice/ comfortable and very clean. Location was great, very central.
Negatives:
Was surprised when they took a refundable $100 a night at check in, to cover incidentals, only to find mini bar in room was empty.
At check in (Sat) we were given a $10 voucher that could be used at the bar/restaurant. When we went it was closed, as it is every Sunday and Monday apparently. It would have been nice to have been made aware of this before booking or even at check in.
