Perfect hotel for a family...
Positives:
The WIFI was strong, the location was good for all the "touristy" spots. The room was of a decent size and with a great view of the waterfront. The staff member who looked after my bags at check in was very kind.
Negatives:
The check in / out staff were very unfriendly. The rooms all have huge gaps under the main door and therefore it's extremely loud with families/children running down the halls. With the gap, the rooms are incredibly hard to regulate the temperature too.

Touristy location that disappoints
Positives:
Location of the hotel was excellent, right next to the main piers and within easy walking distance to the city centre which took in Chinatown en route . The room was really comfortable and a good size.
Negatives:
We had a mouse in our room which we reported a couple of times with video footage but nothing was done about it, our fridge and a light stopped working . These are minor things that didn’t bother us but some people would be up in arms about them, just some things the hotel can rectify to ensure a perfect stay for other guests.
