The staff was very pleasant. There are many very pleasant lounges on the ground floor for the comfort of guests.
It's right in the heart of the city & offers parking at a discounted rate.
This hotel welcomed our dog without charging extra.
We highly recommend this place & we will be back.

Great location. Despite it being in the middle of the city, it is actually very quiet. I am able to have very good sleep at night. It is pretty clean too.

Facilities seem old. And the room is very small. You should not pick this if you require mobility space.

Great stay in the heart...
Positives:
The hotel was period and clean, lovely old decor and not ruined. The staff were great, very helpful indeed. No breakfast supplied but we were not expecting any, the coffee in the morning was nice. Decaf and normal.
Location is fantastic and the american diner at the end of the street was brilliant.
We will stay here again for sure.

This hotel has a perfect location only a block from Union Square and extremely close to many other areas including tons of shopping. Very conveniently located to lots of public transportation for easy access to the rest of the city.

Staff helpfulness. Your front desk associates were very professional and gave us great suggestions for finding dining close by. Also helpful with directions to the pier. Very welcoming and friendly . Location was good for our needs and price was good.
