Pillows were not comfortable, bed slanted downwards underneath your head when you layed down and you can hear the humming of washing machines thru the pillow early in the morning. Along with a huge gap underneath the door so u can hear and see people walking outside the door. It didn’t feel like I had privacy.

Room is modern, clean and spacious. Hotel location is within walking distance to restaurants and Japanese supermarket. Staff are friendly especially Fung who was very accommodating when we needed a later checkout.
