Positives: The beds were comfortable

Negatives: The shower heads did not have any pressure and had no hot water. Our toilet would not flush properly. The location smelled extremely foul and moldy. We had extremely loud neighbors. People living out of their cars in the parking lot. There were cops at 1am. Definitely not worth the price.

Negatives: There was hair on the shower walls and on the towels. Bathroom smells moldy, visible dry rot around shower and on ceiling. In the morning we found small roaches in the shower and sink. Loud children in the hallway outside our room until about 10pm.

Negatives: General disrepair. Security bolt for the door was torn out, countertop cracked in places, carpet was stained, caused by the AC unit dumping water on the floor constantly. Found a live flea on me while sitting on the bed. More like a bad apartment.
