The workers I had an encounter with were very friendly. This was my 4 time here because I enjoy the spacious rooms now complaint till now

The orange juice tasted spoiled my blueberry begal had mold on it . My daughter noticed it before my granddaughter ate it.

We loved it perfect for our family trip. Wish there was more kitchenware. Only had 1 small pan and 1 small pot. But over all it was great for the price , clean and comfortable. Good breakfast selection.

The room was not clean. Someone old clothes were left in the BR but the cleaner did not pick it up. Having a lot of issues with the keys. The bathroom can use an upgrade and the toilet needs to be fixed. There is a homeless encampment right in front of the hotel, lots of broken down cars & RVs parking in front on the hotel.

Positives:
The room we had was perfect for our needs and the parking was very convenient. The 2 bathrooms were such a sanity saver especially when everyone got the urge at the same time!
Negatives:
The first unit we checked into had fleas so they moved us to another compatible, if more worn out, Unit. The carpet leading into the kitchen was shredded ( I couldn't think of a better word) and there were exposed tacks on the baseboard. The vent fan in the bathrooms did not work well and there was trash behind the bed/furniture.

The location was convenient however, there were a lot of homeless people, broken down cars and trailers and RV's lined the streets all around the hotel and there was a lot of litter everywhere.
Negatives:
The staff was rude, the beds were rock hard, the A/C did not work, there was only 2 towels provided for a 6 person room and when I asked for more I was told to bring my dirty towels to the front desk. The walls were paper thin and the neighboring was having a very loud party through the night. Carpet was frayed and dingy, bedskirts were stained, couch was dirty and had rips. No fans and no working A/C

Clean spacious 2 bedroom unit....
Positives:
Breakfast, suite of rooms, close to airport. The rooms were clean. Staff was awesome. We had everything we needed.
Negatives:
Neighborhood was sketchy, homeless camp in front of hotel made it feel not safe. Across the street from our room in a parking lot was a security system that flashed bright lights and played loud messages throughout the night. Everything felt old and in need of an upgrade; the furniture, the rug, fixtures etc. No pool or hot tub....pool wasn't being used there were literally ducks swimming in it.
