Clean rooms, solid breakfast. Excellent views from rooftop pool. Easy in and out. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower, easy climate control. All the things that are a must for a great hotel experience. Would not hesitate to recommend.

For the price it was overrated. Pay for parking is always irritating in a hotel like that. No water in the rooms. Room was small with a view of a wall. You can find better at that price. Staff was also just perfunctory at best.

The value. The amenities were clean, modern with a rooftop pool and hot tub. You pay twice that amount to stay at another hotel with the same amenities located in the heart of downtown. And it was a five minute drive to the University campus, extra bonus.
Negatives:
No room service, the front computers were down this time around, so check-in had a wait time.

It is a great value, modern, hotel.
Positives:
Size of the suite was great. Soaker tub was a unexpected feature in a nicely upgraded bathroom. Manager listened to our feedback and took some corrective actions. Breakfast and coffee options were appreciated.
Negatives:
We had a large suite that was recently upgraded yet unfinished (wires and wall anchors showing, patches not painted over). Worse of all the a/c was not working properly. The entry area fan was too noisy to run. The bedroom a/c kept turning off like on a timer. Huge kitchen had 16 doors with nothing in them; no glasses, mugs, or plates. Small refrigerator was located in bedroom closet nook. Dresser for clothing was located in the living room. Bed was situated where hallway noise was easily heard. Front desk did not know how the electronic drapes worked. Shower does not have a bench or step for women to use when shaving.
