Quaint, fun, and memorable family...

The hotel staff are great! The property is clean. I really enjoyed the room service menu, and the restaurant that's adjacent to the resort. So many things to like.

We've stayed at this resort before, but this time we had an issue with our neighbors. Our neighbors were part of a wedding and decided to have 30+ people in the cabin for celebration. Their patio is adjacent to one of the rooms. It was so loud. The hotel manager took a little bit to get involved but in the end was able to shut down the party with security. Something for us to consider in the future when booking a 2 bedroom as I think there are a decent amount of weddings at this location. It's beautiful.

Good location, comfortable clean rooms.
Negatives:
Lack of Wi-Fi. After check in lack of Wi-Fi access in room raised with reception. A booster box was promised but despite my prompting only sourced after 36 hours but did not improve the situation. The reception staff indicated this was a known issue and nothing further could be done. As an international traveller I rely on Wi-Fi to maintain links with business and family, avoiding exorbitant roaming charges. I think the promise of included Wi-Fi is misleading. If I had been made aware of the issue I would have booked elsewhere.
