The AC is somewhat loud - but you can switch it off. Sometimes flights pass over the hotel which can be bothersome when it happens early in the morning. Luckily, it's rare.

The beds very very comfortable and the staff was all very attentive and friendly, both at the desks and in the bar/restaurant. My mother and I stayed here to attend a concert and we were able to walk to/from, which was a huge plus for our trip. It was a bonus that the hotel made Starbucks and had solid breakfast on site.
Negatives:
Coffee provided in room wasn't great.
