Not very clean. There was hairs on the bed. Towels were stain. We requested non-smoking but the room was very smelly it was uncomfortable. Smelled like smoking had been going on there.

This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life, we called ahead to let them know when we would be checking in, when we showed up they told us they somehow lost our reservation. They said they had another room to put us in, and charged my card again. When we get to the room it is downgraded, has a leaking shower, and mold on the bathroom door. We tried calling the front desk to no answer multiple times. We then went back downstairs and found her sitting in lobby watching tv, we explained the filthiness of the room and that this was not what we had booked. She told us theres nothing she can do. It was midnight and there was no where else with vacancy or we absolutely would have left. I now have been charged twice for the upgraded room that we did not get to stay in and neither the property nor booking.com has responded as to when I will be refunded. Avoid this hotel at all costs, the photos online are VERY deceiving.

The person at the seat was rude she was not very happy she first we are booked and that was not true and gave me the worst room she had

The room smelled like smoke. Carpet dirty. The upkeep is horrible. The finish work looked like was done by a 10 year old. The moulding around the sliding door was done horribly and dirty. Does anyone inspect the work?

I will never stay here again. It is mysterious that Best Western would allow their name to be connected.

I have stayed here previously, several years ago, I think that nothing has changed in all those years. The mattress had a dent in it, the towels were threadbare.
Also the door was stuck shut when we arrived, the manager had to show me how to open it. The bathroom window never closed so we had highway noise all night.
