The room was spacious and had a fridge and microwave. It was clean, nothing icky inside the room itself.
Negatives:
Paper thin walls and loud doors that slam shut. Breakfast was the same everyday and most of it was stale. They were doing renovations and had one of the fire exits blocked most of the time with removed furniture etc. The staff were never welcoming or pleasant to the point of rudeness. The housekeeping staff talked so loudly every morning and let every door slam behind them. The hallway carpets were filthy (had a strip of eyelashes sit for a week). The night desk had to buzz you in and out after 11pm. They couldnt make their minds up about our dog who is an ESA for three days and even tho they decided to let her stay we never felt welcomed. They signed us up for the Choice rewards program but with entirely different information making it difficult for Choice to find our membership. Not very good Quality at all.

If you HAVE to stay...
Positives:
The room itself was very clean and in good shape. I had 3 good night sleeps as well as showers. The ironing board and iron were in good shape and worked well. The breakfast was basic but quality.
Negatives:
The location isn't great. It's bordered by an abandoned building and a storage yard or trailer park on 2 sides. There were homeless people loitering in the parking lot and walking the street nearby.
There were no hangars in the room and the staff was pretty stressed trying to handle security, check-in/out, and meals.

The price was moderate compared much higher prices in Windsor or Healdsburg for a hotel.
Negatives:
Really sketchy people staying in the hotel and hanging out all day in the parking lot. Appeared to be selling drugs and/or pimping out girls in the hotel. Police eventually showed up on the 2nd day during stay and removed some (but not all) of them. The noise from these bad actors kept me up much of the night on both nights coming and going through the back door of the hotel that was adjacent to my room. When I complained after the second night of this (the morning I left) the receptionist apologized but did not offer any compensation. I would NOT stay at this hotel again in the future and I cannot it recommend it for anyone else.
