when checked in mail at desk did not really say mch except call before a certain time,i He did not discuss anything about breakfast,where or when !. In room there was nothing detailed either,other than a brochure about ordering ??food?? No information about wifi either..I have stayed at a number of Best Westerns, I don't believe I would stay in Santee again.. Room was clean,bed was great as usual

The room was OK. The breakfast was just a bag with yogurt and an apple and the room seem clean.
Negatives:
We did not have a car we were dropped off and the guy at the front desk was adamant that we cannot wait in the lobby because he would not allow us to check in until 3 PM and we were there at 10:30 in the morning. He offered us a room earlier at an extra charge. I should’ve looked at the reviews before I booked.

The hotel was not my first choice (that one filled up), but the location was good for me, so being slightly more expensive, I took it.
