It was 7/10 stay it...
Positives:
Nothing ! There was even a bear in our parking lot right outside the room. This place was a horrid excuse for a hotel

Everything. Showers and bathrooms were disgusting and mildewed, no staff to be seen for entirety of the stay. Dead remotes, dirty room, everything was awful about this experience

We paid through Monday but went somewhere on Sunday, came back and found we were locked out of our room. The cleaning staff on Sunday was pretty rude to us. The jacuzzi was basically a bath tub that shot out either really hot or really cold water.

Literally nothing. Terrible and gross hotel

We aren’t even greated by a staff member when we try to check in, they speak to you through a ring camera, which is in a busy street and you can’t hear anything. They are definitely just here to make money. Hotel room is gross with mold. They should be ashamed of themselves for letting people pay them to stay at this joke of a hotel. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This is the worst hotel/motel...
Positives:
Nothing really. The only thing I liked was that it was close to a Lake Tahoe beach access point.
Negatives:
Honestly the hotel rooms were pretty questionable and kinda scary. My door also had like a 1 inch gap leading to the outside making it easy for any bugs and god forbid rodents to get in. I felt pretty uneasy the 2 nights I was staying there. I would definitely spend the extra dollar to stay somewhere else next time.

The check in process was smooth. Location was good.
Negatives:
The bathroom was disgusting. Toilet, walls and window sill were dirty. There were bugs on sink in corner. No phone in the room, no extra lock on door and the heater barely worked. Also, they left a key in unlocked box for late check in.

The room should not have been rented out especially at $345 per night! There were stains on the mattress, holes in the walls, tv not working, bathroom fan broken, shower leaks on the floor and toilet seat paint all chipped off plus loose. I wrote a letter w/ phots to the mngmt but still haven’t received any kinda of response.

Positives:
Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was very clean. I would also add, for the money, these accommodations were better than others in a similar price range. Most people don't go to Lake Tahoe to hang around in their hotel room. This is perfect for having a clean, safe place to rest at the end of a busy day. Pet friendly is an added bonus.
Negatives:
It was unusually hot during my stay and the AC was only moderately useful. The bed wasn't awful but could have been more comfortable.
