Positives:
the location of the hotel is pretty good, its right in front of heavenly ski resort
Negatives:
- the rooms were really run down
- one of the worst breakfasts I have had at a hotel. The only available options were - bagels, bread, and cereal. There was no place to sit and eat either.
- the carpets were visibly dirty in the room
- the bathroom door didn't lock
- it looked like the toilet seat had seen multiple decades

Staff was excellent and accommodating. Changed our room per our request because we were in the older section. Did not meet expectations. Newer building has great rooms

Facilities were clean and most of the staff quite friendly. The Romanian gentleman wasn’t friendly. A smile would have been welcoming.

Positives:
We loved the free hot chocolate with hazelnut creamers. The English muffins were soft high quality. Loved the PB and jelly to go. Too many sugar cereals but plenty of choices there. Lots of take with you snacks : granola bars, fig bars, nuts and raisins. Great for a ski day! Also, given s’more bags at the front desk. Loved that although the marshmallows were a little stale. ;-). The memory foam mattresses were so comfy! We all slept great!
Negatives:
The jacuzzi was broken, pool not filled or in use, no freezer in the fridge to freeze our ice packs, and the carpeting along the railings outside could use a sweeping.
