While I was checking out, there was a large group of flight attendants that were upset that they did not have their rooms yet. A few of them were raising their voices, but what was unacceptable, was that the gentleman assisting them was very condescending, was talking just as loud as they were, was pretty much taunting them, and rather than de-escalating the incident, his actions were causing it to become worse. He claimed that he was the manager on duty, but was extremely unprofessional!
