Breakfast was good, the only downside is some of the items were not refilled towards the end of the timeframe. If you arrive late, you’re limited with the selection and also with seatings.
Negatives:
There was a maintenance service in our suites without us knowing it was scheduled just after a few minutes we have notified the office about the leak from kitchen sink. Upon returning to our suite, we noticed our door was unlocked, as we entered there was a maintenance man working on the sink. It’d be great if we were notified that the service would be done the same day. We felt uncomfortable because our daughter was sleeping in the room.

Positives:
The staff here was so friendly & helpful, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and the hotel location was convenient. It's like staying at a mini apartment. I highly recommend this hotel!
Negatives:
The walls seem a little thin so we heard our neighbors to the side and above us talking and every step they took.

Wonderful Stay
Positives:
I was very positively surprised by how very quiet the hotel was, I could barely hear the close by highway at all. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable, had a well equipped kitchen, and the breakfast was very good with a lot of options.
Negatives:
To use the laundry facilities we had to buy our own detergent, which is a bit of a waste when only washing once.

Location was nice, right off of the freeway. Breakfast was surprisingly good. The evening ambiance was really nice. Management was very nice and accommodating. Allowing guest to enjoy the outdoors, respectfully of course.
Negatives:
The bathroom door looked like it had some water damaged at the bottom. But overall the bathroom smelled and looked very clean.

The hotel charged me for pet fees which is ridiculous just because I grabbed a dog treat for my friend's dog. With no proof of showing me with a pet shown, they just made the assumption there's a dog stayed with me. Additionally I was traveling for business. This is truly the worst experience I've had with any hotels I booked through Booking.com
