It was very relaxing
Positives:
This is my 3rd time staying here for work. The rooms are really nice, the beds are super comfy, I love the bedding and pillows. It's nice and quiet.The lighting is great, the staff is super friendly.
Negatives:
The TVs are outdated, the resolution is not the best, and channel options are ok. It would be amazing if they had smart TVs and streaming like Marriott has with Netflix and prime.

A/C didn’t kick on all night. That’s the second time that happened when I’ve stayed there. Really noisy close to the kitchen stayed in room 134. Feel like they need sound proof doors close to there or you’re getting woken up at 7am.

The reception staff was extremely rude, the lady at the reception made us wait for almost 15 min because she was on a phone call. We were traveling with family and had reservations for 2 rooms, when we asked if we could get adjacent rooms the lady didn't even bat an eye before telling off that they can't accommodate any requests. We finally received the room key and just as we entered the room we immediately noticed it was smelling really bad AND the toilet wasn't working either. When we asked if we could change rooms, we were told that it wouldn't be possible but, eventually they had accomodated the request despite the lack of proper room facilities in the first place. Overall, I wiill never plan on staying at this property again.

It was very noisy late into the night. There were a few repairs needed in the room. One being the lock on the back door that lead to the balcony.
