On my arrival the elevator was working only sporadically. I asked the desk clerk that checked me in to direct me to the stairs. SHE SAID THERE WERE NO STAIRS. I told her there had to be a staircase somewhere. She just said she was sorry and walked off.
I was about to check back out of the hotel when another guest said she found the stairs and directed me to them. Over the next two days i asked the other desk clerks where the stairs were and they all knew where they were located.

even though it was a non smoking hotel, there seemed to also be a stale cigarette odor in all the halls

Room was newly built in another building, very large, and good quality facilities. Large parking space

Mysterious black sticky stuff on one of the armchairs. Breakfast in main building had a small choice. Not a good ambiance for breakfast
