I wasn’t unhappy with any aspect of our stay . The “value” is rated Jess than excellent because it just seems ridiculous to pay that much per night . I would have said that about any of the other options I had to choose from as well.

I was in 102. The bathroom smelt like an old gym. It was wiped down real fast. The sink pipes had mold on them. The smell was very off putting. The toilet broke. I asked to move to another room they said no.

The room was very low quality and the floors look like they had water damage. The furniture and walls also were damaged and not repaired.
All of the faucets and showerhead were in very poor condition, it looks like there has been water damage in the shower and covered up potentially mold.
This was probably one of the worst rooms condition wise that I’ve ever stayed at.

When I received the room key from the front desk and entered the room, I found six pillows without cover sheets were piled on the bed in a very disorganized way, then I took a picture of that and communicated with the staff at the front desk. He apologized and changed a room for my family. However, when I was entering the second room, I found the light did not work at all. Therefore, the staff at front desk asked me if we minded staying at the original room.
