The place was disgusting. The light was missing its bulb and lamp shade. The heater did not work. The shower curtain was molded and gross. The toilet was not cleaned after the previous guest. There was no lock on the door. They have cockroaches. The only two towels they left in the room had stains on them. It was so gross.

I did get the ground floor room that I requested. No bugs.

$40 cash only refundable room deposit was inconvenient. I had to go back to my car and search my bags for the cash. Dirty room with shower mold, stained sheets, dirty blanket, moldy vents on dirty air vent, plugs fall out of all wall sockets except GFI, cigarette burs on both nightstands, lamps did not work, fridge was filthy, no sink stopper, battery missing from smoke detector! I felt so uncomfortable, I slept in my clothes on top of bed. I did not turn on the heat due to the blackened vents, so I ran the heat lamps in the bathroom to heat the room to sleep (4.5 hrs. and then left early at 2:30 am.)

The fact that medication was stolen from my room I never got back , there cockroaches in and throughout the room , no coffee maker as promised, I booked a smoking room but was checked into nonsmoking room nextdoor to people dealing drugs and smoking all night load partying etc...I informed management but the guy at the desk was rude and unaccomodating. At booking I was informed of snack vending machines but they were empty, also promised use of washer and drier facilities, again machines did not work and were unplugged full of dirty water. I've asked for a refund before I file a chargeback and a lawsuit as well as reporting to ftc and bbb but I have recieved no response.
