The room was very clean, the hotel location is on a bus line, good, it's a nice hotel.
Negatives:
I told the hotel staff night clerk it was very important to give me a wakeup call at 7am. She said she would. I asked again; she assured me she had already set the time into her system. I never got the call and was late to my appointment.

The woman at the desk Manageris so extremely rude. I stayed here twice, first time I thought shes having a bad day, second time after I was charged incorrectly she yelled at me refusing to even look into her error. No breakfast at all as advertised.

The attention in the front desk was very bad, I'm a costumer service person, the receptionist was coughing on us during all the check in moment, she didn't say hello, didn't ask for nothing, was very bad... I never gonna come back.

I was told the pool was heated, but it was freezing. The hot tub was disgusting. It was a tan color. There was not even a hint of chlorine and it smelled like fish to me. Had to get out after a few minutes. Told kids not to let water in their face.

This particular Super 8 is dated. There were some loud guests outside our room early in the morning that were disturbing us. The breakfast was very good - larger than most! (For continental)

It's was very dirty,the sheets had stains on them ,there old noodles stuck to the walls,the managers were extremely rude, the pool and hot tub were extremely dirty ,and both where freezing cold
