Negatives:
We had bugs in our room. All they did was change our rooms but didn’t compisate anything. Then when we asked for a discount or some kind of compensation, they told us no because we moved rooms. We only moved rooms because they had us in a room with BUGS.

Staff wasn’t very friendly. Hallways ways smelled musty. We had a non smoking room that had cigarette burn holes in the carpet and the shower wouldn’t get hot with no water pressure at all, and lastly the bed was so old and worn out we felt like we were sleeping on cinder blocks

The shower in the first room we were in did not work AT ALL when realized it we contacted the front desk and we’re hung up on so we walked down to speak with the woman working and she informed us she could open up another room down the hall and we could walk down to shower. We then proceeded to ask why couldn’t we move to another room instead of being asked to walk down the hall to shower every day or we wanted to be refunded. The woman agreed to move us to another room but we were unable to utilize the kitchen considering we were told they were over booked and no pots or pans available. And there several young groups partying in the rooms near us loud and people in and out all night.

The hotel was in a good location with restaurants and a gym within walking distance and close to the freeways. The staff was nice.

Noise, upstairs and next door were up all night. The fridge is breaking down and the compressor kept going all night and was load. I literally stayed in a hotel for a night due to having extended family visiting and staying in my home and wanted a good nights sleep as I had work Sunday morning. This was disappointing, could have stayed home for free and probably gotten a better nights sleep.

Location was great for my needs (near hospital/surgery center). The outside of the property was clean and free of debris. No homeless people in area. Near fast food, gas, a restaurant, and Starbucks.
Negatives:
There were roaches in the rooms. My first room didn’t have hot water (the second one did).
