Positives:
The property is still going through a make over and once done it will been very nice. Breakfast was good and the pillows the best I have ever had in a hotel.
Negatives:
There was a constant noise from the bathroom -like a fan or water from the toilet. Very dark- no light in the door way , the bathroom mirror was impossible to put make on using it on any of the levels no tissues , TV was impossible to figure out.

Negatives:
It seems to be in remodeling stage and has opened too early. first room the phone and tv did not work. second room staff had to come to hook up the tv. hot and cold water in the sink were reversed. the shower faucet didn't work. Totally not worth the price yet,

Disappointing
Negatives:
No breakfast as advertised. Lots of unfinished surfaces in the hallways. Lots of garbage in the parking lot because of no garbage cans. Stayed 4 nights, key stopped working twice.

Positives:
Comfortable bed
Negatives:
They are in the process of remodeling, so there was construction “stuff” everywhere. Plaster all over carpeting in hall and stairs. One handrail off on staircase. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Electronic key didn’t work to room, so staff had to let us into room everytime we wanted access to our room. No breakfast, even it was advertised that breakfast was provided.

Very unsatisfactory
Positives:
Nothing
Negatives:
Multiple trip hazards throughout the entire place, this place should not be open during the remodeling process

Horrible would not consider coming...
Positives:
It was under construction which was not mentioned during booking. The rooms look like they were updated but lots of cons to them.
Negatives:
At midnight trying to sleep and there was construction going on. All we could hear is sawing and vacuuming. The halls were covered in drywall dust and paint. The electric outlets in the room did not work. Many other con.

Positives:
location
Negatives:
was not told it was under construction. never stayed anywhere where total destruction and construction was not sealed off. we were given first room with no water in shower, second room no electricity, third was charm. construction dust, debris, equipment everywhere. exterior doors were left propped open and didnt feel very safe. saw a homeless person come out of one of the rooms early morning. I am sure after all construction done it will be very nice. just that a heads up would have been good.

Should not be open yet. When finished it will be nice.
Positives:
The hotel had live wires running through the lobby. A construction site. The doors were opened to enter the hall where our rooms were, which were propped open with trash cans so anyone could enter. My room had a previous occupancy key card left out on the sink.( No maid had cleaned the room. I have pictures of towels and a toilet not flushed from previous people. They canceled us and sent senior citizen ladies out to find a hotel at 7:30 pm. We checked 2 places before finding an available place for 2 nights.
Negatives:
