The homeless encampment on the west hill side and people digging in the trash cans on hotel grounds its not the hotels fault its the city council and local PD and state of CA will not do anything

Clean room. Lots of parking. Right off freeway. Breakfast was decent.
Negatives:
The new carpet was off gassing terribly. Made it hard to breathe. An alarm went off in the room above us at 3am and went for hours. Couldnt figure out the source. Called front desk to check room above us. Lost several hours of sleep.

Loved that the beds were comfortable and room was really clean. Excellent breakfast options. Easy access right off of the freeway. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I have stayed here several times and will continue to do so in the future.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast is quite good. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. And those who administer to public relations were quite responsive to concerns
Negatives:
The room was right across from the dining area, as well as a room with a dryer (I think that was what it was) and so it was quite noisy and even ear plugs didn't help. There were some sketchy people close to the property as well as an unhoused person sleeping at the side entrance. The freeway is right there and it too was so noisybig trucks, etc.BIG CAVEAT however.the motel was told of these issues and they wrote me a personalized email apologizing and hoping to fix some of the concerns if which they can control.

They mess up my reservation for 2 room. I only reserved for 1. If not for me checking my payment at check in, I would have been over charged. Front desk person almost was not able to check us in. She should have reviewed and confirm my reservation.

Dislike not being able to enter at tge front after 11 p.m. We have to use side door.

The location was great, just off the I5. The staff was amazing. Their wite was off line and the front desk was so friendly and nice. The breakfast was wonderful, very well stocked and many items.

Everything was nice in the hotel. When we arrived their was a man outside looking in cars and looking for cigarettes. Other than that it was good.
