The person at check on was miserably slow and spoke far too softly. When trying to make a waffle a staff member shoved their way in to plug in a fan for the kitchen knocking utensils and my food everywhere without even saying excuse me/sorry.

The staff is fantastic and sympathetic and alloed me to sleep in the lobby when I was confirmed to have a reservation and arrived to find they were overbooked and I did not have a room. After a cancelled flight at DIA and a terrible day this is not what I needed at 1am.

Not confirm a room reservation and charge my card for sleeping in your lobby. The desk clerk was super nice and is your best asset.
