Easy to get to, inside hotel was maintained, room nicely appointed, bed and pillows comfortable, room layout was pleasant, had a comfortable sitting area, nice plush towels, and large desk was set up as a workspace.
Negatives:
Driveway at entrance has potholes, TV didn’t work well (had static lines running through on screen on most channels), bottom of shower had mold, small refrigerator was noisy,no microwave, breakfast was average, and location was right next to busy highway so highway noise was loud.

Positives:
Being honest we won’t stay here again. We chose it because of the location and the fact it was part of the Hyatt… a brand I know and trust. I will say that parking was free and easy. The fri t desk staff friendly and accommodating. It’s also pet friendly, we did not have one but I’m happy we could have.
Negatives:
It’s pretty beat up. Without pulling punches it’s seen better days and needs a renovation. All the wood furniture is scared and missing finish. We had a broken receptacle plates, worn upholstery and walk-in shower which neither of us wanted to use because the grout grossed us out.

Don't stay here. It's not...
Positives:
The size of our room was amazing for the price we payed - we loved having a little sitting room and dressing table area in the room as well as the obvious sleeping area. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the little bar area in the lobby with happy hour, it was nice to have pre-drinks before we went out for our dinner! It was great having a small fitness centre as we were able to get a bit of exercise in before indulging in food and drinks!
Negatives:
The location could have been a bit better - we didn't feel incredibly safe walking around the area of the hotel at night so forced us to either drive or get a taxi.
It was nice having a pool, but we just wish it had been indoors rather than outdoors!

They try to make it seems like a nice hotel from the lobby but don’t be fooled. The room was subpar at best. Our blankets, sheets and pillow cases were all stained. The mini fridge in our room smelled so badly of mildew and mold that we had to throw away everything we put in it. The breakfast was cold, the staff was unfriendly, the bed was uncomfortable. Overall, there was nothing redeeming about our stay.
