Wasn't told there would be an addition $100 to my bill that wasn't on my receipt. I demand that I have my money back today. Most hotels have a $50 deposit that doesn't even get charged charged to my card. This is ridiculous.

No exterior light fixtures work. The corridors are extremely dark and guests aren’t safe. The breakfast was minimally serviced. With no meat/ protein options. Property held a $100 pet deposit upon check in and pre-authorized my CC 4 times during my stay. $400 deposit for 4 days stay. Property claims to be 100% smoke free. Entire property is dirty and the staff needs to find other employment. Owners and management are not hospitable nor accommodating and when I voiced my concerns about my room cleanliness, I was informed I could check out. Typical response when staff hasn’t been trained to care for the guest! It’s obvious by the way they treat their own property. They take no pride in their jobs and they are literally, running the property into the ground. Simply from lack of training, leadership and revenue management! What a shame!

Facility location and room was fine. Staff was incomprehensible!
Negatives:
The entire staff including Manager was unprofessional, rude, and angry. Staff complained about other guests in front of other customers. I was 9 mins late paying for a scheduled extension online, I am handicap on oxygen and the manager would not accept my apology and demanded me out of room. I had recently gotten out of hospital with major genetic heart problems and the harassment continued with staff saying we had made complaints about them which was completely untrue! The staff were buĺlies at my front door demanding to vacate asap. The manager was walking around shouting "anyone that has not paid or checked out has 30 minutes to leave and no extensions are allowed". we took.pictures to make sure we would
receive our $100 deposit and was promised to have the deposit returned because we made the deadline of vacating facilities by 12 noon, which we have NOT received our deposit back and it's been over 7 days .I think we should be reimbursed our horrible stay and deposit as well. This experience was egregious and unacceptable behavior ESPECIALLY from a hospitality conscious business under the Wyndham business model. I have noticed multiple negative online reviews on this hotel and fully intend to add to them if my reasonable requests are not heard or acknowledged.
