Positives: We liked the 24-7 reception area with seating, tables and working areas. There was a pool table and gym room. The staff were friendly and courteous. Parking was good, location was convenient. There were enough clean towels, a convenient dressing area in the bathroom, and the toiletries were nice and smelled good. The bed was comfortable. I like the concept of a more environmentally friendly and more modern, casual hotel.
Negatives: It felt like the environmentally friendly revamp was a cover for doing things on the cheap. This is obviously a renovation of a dated motel chain building. That could have been fine, I'm all for repurposing buildings for environmental reasons. However, the rooms and external staircases themselves seemed like the renovation consisted of a lick of paint and possibly some new surfaces in the bathrooms. Our rooms had massive water stains on the ceiling. In the bathrooms the ceiling was those tired 60s/70s ceiling tiles, wonky and with gaps. We had a front door which jammed and scraped, dirt collecting in all the crevices of the window frames and really poor soundproofing. There were bugs (some kind of ant?) in one of the bathrooms. In the morning, I found that the duvet on our bed had some obviously unlaundered blood stains on it from a previous occupant. The floor in the room was a vinyl wood-effect tile sheet which was absolutely filthy - I'm talking making the soles of your feet dark grey filthy. Seems like they vacuum or sweep it but don't mop properly if at all. The concrete walkways and staircases are horrible and in some cases disintegrating. I was woken up at 4.30am by the smell of cigarette smoke coming from the air conditioning ducts. It is a non smoking hotel. Given all this, they should stop marketing as a wellness hotel. The concept of different charges for view or no view is ridiculous, it's a motel in an urban area next to a lorry park. The view just means you are on the side of the corridor that faces the (distant) mountains. There is a lorry park right in front of the view! On the other side, the view is of a trailer park. We got a reduced rate on a deal, but even that felt too much.

Positives: The lobby was amazing!! So much seating and all the fun games! The breakfast was amazing too, simple but so good! And the coffee was the best!
Negatives: Our floor in our room was so dirty! The barn door to bathroom doesnt give much privacy. And it was so warm in our room even with the AC to 65.

Positives: The bed comfortable
Negatives: They put us in a dirty room had to go back to front desk and get another room. Then the room we got had no lights. There were no bulbs in the lamps. Very unsatisfied with our stay

Positives: This hotel is great and it has an environmental and social mission that should be supported. The room was clean and nicely eqipped. It has been the best one on our road trip. The main house offers a lot of place, seating areas, games, … The breakfast was great too. The staff very friendly and supportive. Highly recommended.

Positives: I loved the hotel. The decor was great. The view of the mountains from my bed was spectacular. The common area was decorated beautifully.. I loved it there so much that even though a pipe broke, and there was no shower, I chose to stay there a second nigh
Negatives: The room was great the bed was comfortable. A pipe was broken, so no shower and that was the only bad part about this hotel. I showered at a hot spring that I visited so that I could still stay there. Nothing bad.
