Kind of wished the housekeeper would have came in the mid afternoon to throw trash out but it wasn’t a big problem and I’m sure if we would have asked for them to throw it the front desk would have sent someone

The breakfast was very good. Lots of hot choices. Did evening reception one evening and it was good as well.Great location.
Negatives:
Our refrigerator did not work. They said another one would be brought in to replace it and it was never replaced. Also the 3 days we were there, the Maid never left us any coffee.

The snacks at the happy hour buffet were not as plentiful as they had been 3 weeks prior during my previous stay. I had invited a friend to join me and the buffet selection was minimal.

Very good. Breakfast was delicious.
Positives:
The location is easy to find, free parking, centrally located for exploring Denver and near basic amenities like grocery stores. The staff was great, especially Robin at the front desk who recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner! The facilities were very clean and inviting. It was wonderful having the extra living room space in our suite. Happy hour at the bar was fun and they even provided us with complimentary drinks since it was our first stay! The only downside was the pillows need to be upgraded and the hot water takes a very long time to reach the upper floors.
Negatives:
The pillows were flat and not comfortable. The hot water took a very long time to come in upstairs.
