Close to the airport

The heater wasn’t working and was very loud. The room was freezing. We couldn’t sleep. Customer service was bad, person at the reception was very unfriendly. Several people smoking marihuana at the door entrance, very stinky and uncomfortable to enter the building. Felt unsafe. Looks like very cheap hotel. We paid at booking.com and the hotel charged our credit card too and more money of what the booking app said. Hopefully booking.com will refund our money. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel.

There was no shuttle to airport available. That was one of the reasons we chose the Hyatt House.
When you make a reservation , it should be mentioned that you should schedule the shuttle early or during reservation.
