Positives:
It is a modest hotel, but includes everything I need: good structure, good breakfast, an excellent 24 hours fitness and it is very near to the convention center.
Negatives:
In my case, it was more than enough, but the rooms may be consider small in comparison to the US standard hotel rooms. My main criticism is that the floor could be cleaner.
