Our bed was terrible lumpy. It turned out that housekeeping hadn't put the mattress pad on correctly. Not a big deal.

Positives:
We decided to stay an extra night and booked a second stay. When we went to check in *hotel employee* was working the front desk, with a long line. You could tell she was so busy! But even so, she greeted everyone with an amazing attitude and a smile on her face!
