They assigned us a room already occupied. Coffee maker didn’t work. No one was in the restaurant when we came down for breakfast and we had to go to the front desk to have them find staff. Very expensive breakfast.

The swimming pool was to cold. The reason we chose to stay at this hotel, was so our grandkids could enjoy swimming. They did not get to swim.

$12.00 for parking at the hotel. This is unreasonable.

It just feels like it needs a refresh. Sorta dark/dingy. Noisy room. The fabrics all need replaced-like the booths, curtains, chairs
