It is an older building, but the staff is constantly repairing issues and they are beginning to update the flooring. Plus, it has easy access to the freeway and shopping.

It was dirty and the front desk clerk made me never want to rent at quality again. He refused my security deposit and when I got room it was really dirty with cig butts everywhere. I would like someone to get my deposit back and get me a free room forthis

Nothing. The lady at the front desk was very rude. She belittled me. And then called the police on my friend, who out their credit card on file for incidentals, just to get $250 from them. The lady at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever met.

Everything. It was a high drug trafficking hotel. Not the kind of place I would ever stay at had I known.

A desk clerk harshly insisted that I had to agree to a $500 credit card hold or I could not check in and would loose the prepaid reservation. I was forced to agree to the terms. In the evening, another staff member said it was only $50, over and over.

The staff made me feel welcome. I love them! The like the area and that part of the city.

The prices and the breakfast. There should be fresher coffee in the lobby. However, I didn't like not severing water but selling bottle instead.

As soon as I walked in, the hotel felt and looked dirty and in need for many repairs. The first room I went to when I sat on the bed it started to flip over. the drapes where torn. The second room again the drapes were torn the floor in the bathroom was dirty. The couch was torn up at the base like a dog chewed it. You say you are a pet free hotel, I saw a family walking their dog out of the elevator. I am very disappointment in the quality of this hotel. In fact after feeling very uncomfortable I left around 5:30 to 6 pm, and went to a clean and hotel that felt safe.

A nice budget hotel with comfortable beds, plenty of tv channels, a good breakfast with waffles and cereals. A good location out in the suburbs not around any homeless or crazies. A short walk to Dry Creek light rail station and close to Target and other restaurants. Needs more USB charging ports.
