The hotel does not supply comforters tell you ask them for it, there is no blow dryer for hair in the room and pad for the iron table is missing and swimming pool is not available and there is missing electric outlet cap in my room second floor, very poor breakfast

that it is close to hospital.
Negatives:
that the door for 103 did not lock. the fire alarm went off in middle of the night and there was no communication. the outside doors where not locked and a homeless person got in and was smoking causing the alarms. why give customers a key card for outside doors if not locked.

you had to notify the desk 24 hours before you wanted your room cleaned. Furniture old and table pulled away from the wall. Although it was a suite, cooking utilities and dishes were very sparse. I accidentally left some dog dishes and other items in the room when I checked out, and when I went back to retrieve them, no one knew anything about them.

Our TV did not work. They said they were going to swap it out and never did.2 days without being about to watch anything was not very fun. And the heater did not work. I had to get a bug blanket. I will never stay here again.

Our room had a dripping faucet in the kitchenette all night, one of the lamps was busted and hanging sideways on the wall, there were no mirrors other than the bathroom mirror to be able to get ready with, we had no comforter or actual blankets- just a thin sheet, the shower curtain falls to the center and open on either side entire shower. staff started knocking on our door to leave about 15 mins before check out time, then continued to knock after we had called for extended checkout. side door wasnt locked at night.

There we several outrageous problems with my room. The lamps and lampshades had been destroyed and left that way. The fire alarm intercom had been ripped out of the wall and taped back in place with medical tape. The shower curtain rod was falling etc

The room was acceptable and clean but had some flaws. It definitely felt a bit pricey for the quality.

The bathroom door would stick and was difficult to close and open.

First room we were given had a broken toilet; the second a defective door jamb. "Breakfast" consisted of extruded waffles, yogurt, toast, OJ and apples in a bowl of water. It was much less than the list makes it seem.

It was spacious and clean, had a fridge, microwave.
Negatives:
My room did not have a hair dryer. I asked the gentleman at the front desk to bring me one; he promised he would. An hour later, I had to go downstair to inquire. He said to give him 15 minutes. He never brought it. No willingness to help.
