Hot tub jets didn't work. Requested close/adjoining rooms yet we were on the 2nd and 4th floors and opposite sides of the hotel.

Fun weekend with friends

The room was clean and roomy. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very clean.
Negatives:
Was told that the hot tub was working when I booked our stay, and when we checked in, I was told that the hot tub wasn't working and would be fixed and ready to use the next day. Again, another day passed, and it still wasn't working. The reason we stayed there in the first place was that we were told that the pool and hot tub were working. We were looking forward to using the hot tub but was disappointed that it wasn't.

The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was kind and friendly. It was as clean as it could be in spite of maintenance issues listed below. Good area. Comfortable room. Good housekeeping.
Negatives:
The room was as clean as you could get it, but torn shower curtain, dents in bathroom wall, baseboard gaps from wall, bathroom/sink cabinet broken/cracked, wallpaper in bathroom torn, and scuffed, torn ragged window shade, one spot in tile that looked like it had mold. Extremely overpriced for a room that needed maintenance.
