Positives:
This is my third or fourth stay at the hotel. It is fairly basic (including the breakfast which however is filling) but I found the staff this time friendly and helpful. The rooms are also good sized and the cleaning service (every other day unless you request it to be more often) is also good. If you're expectations aren't too high, it's a decent place to stay.
Negatives:
The hotel will need to be renovated at some point and is a bit overpriced for what it is.

It was clean. The rooms were nice and staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The hot tub was broken, and the heater in the pool was broken. The pool was ice cold. I booked online, and it didn't say anything about the pool or hot tub being broken it was just disappointing because that was one of the reasons why we chose that hotel.

From my point of view, the hotel can be recommended for a shorter stay. The price-performance ratio is good.
Large parking lot, easy access to the hotel from both sides, elevator is spacious and arrives quickly.
Breakfast is varied and carefully prepared. And there is even ceramic crockery and metal cutlery.
The gym is rudimentary, but at least there's one. Right next to the pool.
The staff are very friendly (with one exception, but it was very early in the morning) and helpful! Thanks!

The maintenance of the rooms still has potential, e.g. the sink drain was not in order.
My recommendation would be to change the disinfectant, it smells really unpleasant.

Breakfast a nice option but not very kid friendly. Would like to see waffles or something similar for kids. The pool phone was also broken. Front desk staff MIA several times and so so attitudes.
