There was no parking. No place to walk dogs on that block. Traveling for moving and valuables in car. Delicate health of significant other and after traveling overwhelming to figure out dogs and luggage in downtown area. Poor choice of investigating on my part and zero assistance by hotel snd booking.com on reservation made just hours before.

Excellent boutique hotel in downtown...
Positives:
Location was fantastic, staff wonderful and the room was very good. Great Poudres trail nearby, lots of good places to eat, etc.
Negatives:
Very noisy on the 2nd floor with people above and next door. It was St Patrick’s Day night the one night so that probably contributed! Should have free parking as had to move the car a few times….
