It was comfortable for the most part, until I found the nasty little bug

I looked the room we were in over, like I do every room we stay in! I always check for bedbugs I didn't see any. Well to my surprise when I was getting stuff put together to leave, there it was a bed bug crawling on a pillow! We won't be staying here again!

The room was booked with accessibility needs. The room did NOT have enough space for those needs. The SUPPOSED accessible bathroom had a regular bath tub ( approx. 15 inch high ) and a weird little stool/seat for a person to sit on while showering. The only way a person could use this would be to turn around and try to sit on it from outside of the tub. That means - NO ACCESSIBILITY !!!!! Because they can't grab onto anything to sit - Can't grab onto anything to stand back up - Can't move the fixed shower head from 6.5 ft. tall to not spray them in the face constantly. DO YOU WANT ACCESSIBILITY? WHAT IF YOU WERE IN TRUE NEED OF THIS OPTION AND COULDN'T USE THE SHOWER? Hint - get someone in a wheelchair - and see exactly how your idea of accessibility really works. Have them NOT using their legs and take a shower... I bet they can't - just like my wife couldn't at your motel.

The handicap room was not very accessible at all!!! The curtains don't close, so you are up with the sun even if you don't want to be! All of the carpets are stained, and rust stains on the sheets. Key cards stopped working. Not much parking space.
