Stayed here for the location to go snow boarding the next day. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious.

Bathroom shower head needs fixed. (Not hotels fault, but a heads up with train blowing its horn around 5am) woke me up and couldn't go back to sleep

room is being made, I was told by the front desk, only on request in order to avoid entering guest rooms unnecessarily. However, I noticed two towel changed in the bathroom while bed remained unmade and small trash not picked up.
Very thin walls. The wood construction reveals itself with poor sound insulation, thin walls let you hear your neighbors and kids running up and down the hallway makes for a noisy environment. Wifi was weak and pool area not well kept up with used towels left in place with no clean towels available without asking the front desk

Positives:
The breakfast was well stocked with a large variety of breakfast foods. The rooms were large and clean and the beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
Upon check-in at 5:00 on a Saturday night their computer system couldn't make keys, we waited a long time and finally hotel employee agreed to let us into our rooms with a master key which solved the initial problem, by the time we got back the problem was fixed.
