Didn’t really have breakfast just grabbed coffee, bagel, 2 tangerines, and a banana. Which worked really well for us.

Needed more water pressure. Had to ask for hand towels and wash clothes. But the staff was really pleasant and helped me right away.

Starting at about 5 am, I was awakened about every 20 mins by door knocking. I'm assuming it was the maids making sure not to mistakenly walk in on anyone in a room they thought was vacant. I could also hear the workers preparing breakfast and talking.

It was a good trip...

Hotel location was fantastic very close to everything in Fruita. It was also next to a state park which was very cool. Great walk with my wife. Check in was very smooth & quick & staff was great & polite. Price per night was very good, room was nice!
Negatives:
Hotel was dated and needs updating especially the jacuzzi equipment.
