Great place to stay for Loveland ski area. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. Scenic place. We took a walk around the lake.

I loved the hot tub and pool.
Negatives:
Jade was not very friendly and that's a shame because everyone else was pleasant. She didn't have a customer focused attitude and that should be corrected.
Also the pancake maker was great but no eggs! That would be a great improvement.
The walls are also very thin.

we mistakenly reserved for the wrong night and the hotel very graciously changed our reservation and refunded the amount we had paid for the wrong date. We were very pleased with the staff and the accommodations!
