Our room was not very clean. We were in the back area and it didn't seem Tobe very well cleaned up. We have stayed in the front area and was very happy with it so was surprised the back area was disappointing

The room was dirty we actually had three domestic cockroaches in her room all night long it was so dirty that we felt itchy couldn't sleep and honestly we couldn't wait to check out we got there at midnight and we checked out at 5:00 we could not wait to get out of there and it was sad cause we were planning to go to fruta And then checking out late and having breakfast and we just couldn't wait to get out of there last time a couple years ago we were there and it was amazing so this was very sad I will never stay there again and honestly I'm worried now that I have cockroaches in my baggage.

I like the young man behind the counter, who is very helpful. He was always very polite and kind. He moved me from the first room. I was in when I had concerns about it.
Negatives:
The first room I was in was absolutely filthy. I was not even sure that the bed had been changed. The second room that the young man put me in looks like it had been taken really good care of. Upon closer inspection I found out I was completely wrong. The bedspreads were dirty, the blankets were dirty, there was make up on the pillowcases… I ended up sleeping in my clothes. The bottom of my socks turn brown from the filthy floor tile. The shower looked like it had never been cleaned. The shower fan was hanging from the ceiling. The walls are dirty, the floors are dirty, and the carpets are dirty. I will never go back to this property again. In fact, I will be contacting corporate because I think that this property is dangerous to stay at.
